Kurzfassung: Change Management in banking institutions having a special role in the functioning of these organizations and has so far been addressed by authoritarian management. To successfully through change processes, each organization must develop its own strategy and target practice, efficient, by which to renew and innovate, so that clear image strategies designed to enable a better relationship with customers. A very great importance in the change process have specialized computer systems, increasingly complex, which are used for customer relationship and the inter-bank relationships.

Kurzfassung: Traditional association with defense military security no longer meets the new security environment indicators of national and international scope of the concept extending far beyond military matters to non-military aspects. The experience of recent years shows that national security can be achieved by military means alone, but now includes non-military elements, such as a strong political base emanating from democracy, the rule of law and human rights in education and implementation market economy. Compared with private organization, the change in the public organization is more complex because the preponderance agents or forces generated by environmental change, particularly its political and legal components, internal forces playing a supporting role. The change thus appears to be a deliberate strategy.

Kurzfassung: The Romanian public policy have in the past 20 years, important changes, confined to the transition to a democratic society where the rule of law, citizen rights and freedoms are guaranteed. Moreover, international processes, such as financial and political institutionalization of the European Union, the movement favored globalization, unprecedented human, financial flows, trade and information, causing, in addition to the huge benefits and the emergence and development of numerous threats conventional or asymmetric at the national and international legal order and to peace, stability and universal human rights.

Kurzfassung: Governments must face a growing complexity and a greater acute needs more specialized staff to manage and solve new problems. Classical Administration, governed by a set of specific legislation is not adequate for this purpose. But as we shall see, is not redundant, obsolete. The new public management system that focuses on services provided to citizens and requires coherent coexistence and interaction of three areas: public administration, business sector and civil society.

Kurzfassung: The organization involves the regulated structure of roles that employees have to carry out. The structure is regulated in the sense that all the tasks necessary to achieve the goals are shared, and it is hoped that the award was made to people who can carry out the best. Structure is a management tool and not an end in itself. Its purpose is to help create a framework for human performance. Although the structure should be defined to cover the duties, roles should be designed in light of established capacity and motivations of people available. Also, there must be synchronization between the adoption of specific forms of quality and their integration into existing structures and mentality of the people with openness to change, to achieve a "conduct quality" by forming a culture of adequate quality.

Kurzfassung: At present, in a society increasingly based on knowledge, the correct approach to change in organizations is extremely difficult, due to national and international implications of the expected effects of actions taken or derived. Once Romania joins the European Union, Romania has entered a new stage which involves preparing and taking steps Schengen Area. Abolition of checks at internal borders of the European Union is the most visible and most important effect of European integration. Change can be tackled in a variety of ways, since there is no effective strategy at all times, approach or combination of approaches will reflect on their own assessment of what best suits the particular change. In this context it is useful to describe some of the different strategies we can use.

Kurzfassung: The process of change involves major crises and conflicts and is not usually predictable. Change leadership is not directed only to improve results, but also to determine people to behave in line with the perspectives, values and beliefs as "correct". But culture change is driven by values - change effort is geared towards the socialization of individuals to determine to adopt new values and concepts so as to act accordingly, thus improving quality of life within the organization. Such changes are deemed necessary when the current fundamental beliefs leading to adverse effects.

Kurzfassung: Knowledge of the influences that change has had on social effectiveness is a matter for further implementation of change. Managers who initiate such a complex process know very well that the change may involve a period of time before the results start to emerge. They also know that arise during the implementation and other issues that were not expected to be resolved in time, otherwise running the process itself is questioned. However, the team of experts dealing with implementation of change can produce partial evaluations, regular employees to reinforce the belief that the mode of action is good, but the implementation process is complex and time-response to these requirements was shaped the second generation organizational development, organizational transformation known, differs substantially from the previous.

Kurzfassung: The Romanian Constitution stipulates that "people's army will be subject only to guarantee the sovereignty, independence and unity of the state, territorial integrity and constitutional democracy. Under the law and international treaties to which Romania is party, the army contributes to collective defense in military alliance systems, and participates in the maintaining or restoring peace".
